Ingredients

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 105 g onion finely chopped
  • 55 ml vegetable oil
  • 150 g swede grated
  • 220 g self raising flour
  • 90 ml water
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • oil to fry

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir the mixture together to form a dropping consistency.
  • Allow to stand for a few minutes. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan, and on a low heat cook tablespoon sized splats of your mix.
  • Makes 16 small patties. Make twice in the month.
