Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir the mixture together to form a dropping consistency.
Allow to stand for a few minutes. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan, and on a low heat cook tablespoon sized splats of your mix.
Makes 16 small patties. Make twice in the month.
