Ingredients

  • 200 g rice
  • 70 g sugar
  • 2 tsps garam masala
  • 60 g creamed coconut
  • 65 g raisins
  • enough water to bring it together like a sloppy rice pudding

Instructions

  • Cook rice as per packet instructions, then add an extra half pint of water and all the other ingredients and cook for a further 10-20 minutes until the grains of rice have become incredibly soft and lost their shape. Add more water until the consistency is like a sloppy rice pudding
  • Makes 8 servings. Make this once in the month, if following planner 2.
