Coconut Rice Pudding

Ingredients
- 200 g rice
- 70 g sugar
- 2 tsps garam masala
- 60 g creamed coconut
- 65 g raisins
- enough water to bring it together like a sloppy rice pudding
Instructions
- Cook rice as per packet instructions, then add an extra half pint of water and all the other ingredients and cook for a further 10-20 minutes until the grains of rice have become incredibly soft and lost their shape. Add more water until the consistency is like a sloppy rice pudding
- Makes 8 servings. Make this once in the month, if following planner 2.
