Curry in a Hurry

Ingredients
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 tin baked beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 60 ml veg oil
- ½ tsp chilli
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 320 g onion sliced
- 2 tsp garlic
Instructions
- Put sliced onions, garlic, chilli, and spices in a pan with the oil, and cook til soft.
- Add tomatoes and cook for a few minutes, until the tomato juice has reduced down to a thicker sauce.
- Add baked beans and drained kidney beans and cook for a few more minutes until it is cooked, hot throughout and well mixed.
- Season to taste.
- Serve with 100g rice per person.
