Ingredients

  • 5 g mustard
  • 325 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 tblsp vinegar
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine mustard powder with a few drops of vinegar until it forms a loose paste. Whisk other ingredients into it with a fork. Pour into a sterilised jar and store in your fridge.
  • Make 2 batches in the month.
