Ingredients
- 5 g mustard
- 325 ml vegetable oil
- 1 tblsp vinegar
- salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine mustard powder with a few drops of vinegar until it forms a loose paste. Whisk other ingredients into it with a fork. Pour into a sterilised jar and store in your fridge.
- Make 2 batches in the month.
