Ingredients

  • 150 g raisins
  • 200 g self raising flour
  • 25 g sugar
  • 220 ml water
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala optional

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl, stirring well.
  • Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry dessertspoon sized dollops of the batter, until golden brown on both sides.
  • Makes 4 pancakes per person.
  • Serve immediately
