Breakfast Pancakes

Raisiny pancakes, great hollow leg fillers, super delicious
These always get an 11 out of 10 when I demonstrate them!

Ingredients
- 150 g raisins
- 200 g self raising flour
- 25 g sugar
- 220 ml water
- pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp garam masala optional
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl, stirring well.
- Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry dessertspoon sized dollops of the batter, until golden brown on both sides.
- Makes 4 pancakes per person.
- Serve immediately
