If you’ve got a batch of caramelised onion hummus already made, you just need to stir in some tomato puree, make some toast, and serve
Ingredients
- ½ batch caramelised onion hummus of your batch
- 50 g tomato puree
- salt and lots of black pepper
To Serve
- 8 slices homemade bread
Instructions
- Stir tomato puree through your houmous, and add garlic and seasonings to taste.
- Serve with 2 slices toast each
